Does StockPulse send any data to external servers?
No. StockPulse is 100% self-hosted. All calculations happen on your own server using your WooCommerce order data. There are zero external API calls, zero tracking, and zero data transmission. Your sales data never leaves your hosting.
Does it work with variable products (sizes, colors)?
Yes. StockPulse calculates forecasts at the variation level. Each size, color, or option is tracked and forecast independently with its own sales velocity, stock days, and reorder point.
How accurate are the forecasts?
StockPulse uses proven statistical algorithms (SMA, WMA, Exponential Smoothing) that are the industry standard for demand forecasting. The more order history you have, the more accurate the forecasts become. Auto mode automatically selects the best algorithm for your data.
Will it slow down my site?
No. StockPulse pre-computes all forecasts via WP-Cron and stores results in a cache table. When you load the admin pages, it reads from the cache — no heavy calculations on page load. It only runs in the admin area and has zero impact on your storefront performance.
Is WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) supported?
Yes. StockPulse is fully compatible with WooCommerce HPOS. It uses the official WooCommerce API (wc_get_orders) rather than direct database queries, so it works seamlessly with both legacy and HPOS storage.
What happens after the 6-month support period?
The plugin continues to work forever — there's no expiration. You'll still receive lifetime updates. If you need support after 6 months, you can extend it at a discounted rate.
